Inspired by the character and multicultural identity of the area, the design responds to entrepreneurial spirit and the long-standing culture of creativity. The interiors draw on the neighbourhood's energy to create a contemporary environment that feels warm, playful and authentic. Reflective finishes and textured brick are combined with bold moments of colour to create spaces that evolve throughout the day while balancing robustness with an informal atmosphere.

At the heart of the scheme is a dramatic double-height arrival space that establishes a strong sense of community from the moment residents enter. Shared amenities are positioned at the centre of the building, including a communal kitchen, a games room and screening facilities that encourage informal encounters and social interaction. Above, a rooftop garden and bar provide a destination for gathering and entertaining, extending the communal experience across the building. Together, these spaces create a contemporary model of residential living where community, creativity and shared experience define the character of the development.
