The progression through the workspace takes on a narrative of its own as the floor shifts across different levels. On arrival, a gentle ramp leads up to a lounge and coffee area before moving towards communal workspaces, private nooks and banquette seating as the floor descends. This layout supports the interaction and collaboration central to Courier’s culture, creating an office that becomes a destination for creativity rather than a conventional workplace.

Joinery is used to frame different spaces and accentuate their functions. Translucent glass panels provide privacy for podcast recordings while allowing a sense of activity to remain visible, while a full-height bespoke Sapele frame forms a collaboration space with sliding panels that can also be used as pin boards. A subtle mid-century palette combines neutral tones with splashes of colour in furniture and fabrics, creating a mature but expressive environment for creative production.
